These are very light boots, my daughter did not have a chance to wear them yet, but tried on and they seem to be fine. I relied on the previous comments that they are moderately small in comparison with other brands of the same size, so we took that into account when choosing the size.I think the model is a bit too broad, but for rain boots this is not a problem, rather a benefit of additional comfort.
